CSP is a Key Player in high performance polymers, gathering in a single unit our operations located in France and Slovakia :
Polyurethanes, Silicones : Flexible or rigid elastomers manufacturing, using the casting process based on our Courbhane® or CoubhaPure® polyurethanes formulations. We also use Courbhane P ® polyurethane formulation for PU projection, to manufacture protection parts in particular.
Polymer Injection : processing all thermoplastic materials (PE, PP, ABS, …) and technical polymers (PA, TPU, PEEK, PEI...)
Mechanical machining : this activity is EN 9100 certified, and manufactures highly technical, value-added mechanical parts and designs the majority of mechanical tooling for Courbis Group.
CSP has been certified ISO 9001, and has been awarded with the Ecovadis Environmental Charter.

Lab Center
320m² test area, including 18m² of air-conditioned laboratory.
The Labcenter allows us to carry out material characterization and mechanical resistance tests both for internal development and for our customers.
Courbis Group is also : CMP which includes RIM pdcpd, vacuum forming, pressure forming and twin-sheet operations.
