Courbis group celebrated 60th anniversary on July 19th, at Comptoir 532.
A great opportunity to summarize 60 years of entrepreneurship, with the presence of Daniel Courbis, the founder, and Hervé Courbis, the current president. Since its beginnings in 1964, when Daniel Courbis achieved an annual turnover of €10,000 in the field of mechanics, until today where Courbis group generates an annual turnover of €32 million, the group has overcome 7 worldwide economic crises, created 10 companies, bought 4 companies , closed 3 companies, merged 4 companies, built 10 buildings, moved 17 times and inaugurated 13 times!
A good time spent together, with a selfie machine, table football, pinball machine and Mario Kart games, as well as a rock concert by an excellent internationally famous group. A DJ kept the atmosphere warm until the end of the night!
A big thank you to the entire Comptoir 532 team, who delighted the guests with smiles, unlimited drinks and a gourmet buffet dinner.

Last Friday, we opened the doors of our sites to employees’ families.
A unique opportunity to introduce their job, their working environment and their colleagues.
The program of the day: fun activities allowing participants to make homemade goodies:

✔ Stamped gold medals (brass, of course)
✔ Unbreakable RIM Hood Breaking Competition (everyone lost )
✔ Sanding machines race (everyone won)
The Labcenter has been a hot spot, thanks to the passion and exciting speech of the employees in charge of the demos.

Thursday was the sales conference day ! A great opportunity to share company results, discuss about business development and marketing initiatives, and cultivate our team spirit with a “petanque” and afterwork party !
